(1-A-RR) 1 Component Acrylic Recycled Rubber Liquid
(1-A-RR) is a liquid emulsion formulated with the use of ground rubber from recycled tires. The cured RRR produces a monolithic elastomeric membrane. This high solid product adheres and conforms to irregular surfaces of cant strips, parapet walls, roof vents, skylights, and other problem areas without using metal clamps and edging.
(1-A-RR) air dries to a membrane that expands and contracts with the roof surfaces. Use as a patch, repair section or as the entire area of flat sloped new or re-roof installations. (1-A-RR) contains no asphalt. Water is used to clean up tools and equipment. Application is with brush, roller, squeegee or commercial airless spray equipment. (1-A-RR) is very economical, durable and user friendly. RRR cures dry and does not soften with the heat of the sun, nor will it become brittle.
(1-A-TC) 1 Component Acrylic Top Coat
(1-A-TC) is a liquid acrylic emulsion formulated to cure to a flexible impermeable monolithic waterproof membrane. The cured product has excellent tensile, elongation, flexibility, and recovery properties. (1-A-TC) quality products for roofing and waterproofing are time tested since 1975.
Waterproof roof coating
Reflective roof coating
Coating over urethane foam
Concrete wall coating
Mobile home roofs
(1-A-TC) is the specified white reflective finish coat for the Rubber Roof System.
(1-A-TC) cures dry and does not soften with the heat of the sun and does not become brittle. The elastomeric properties provide elongation to move with the expansion and contraction on the roof.
(1-A-RP) Single Component Acrylic Recycle Plastic
(1-A-RP) is a fluid applied, single component, acrylic base polymer modified with post – consumer recycled plastic which protects all types of low slope roofing and wall systems monolithically from weather, ultraviolet light, and airborne corrosion. It has excellent chemical resistance and 10 – 15 year life expectancy.
(1-A-RP) is used to rejuvenate old roofing systems and as a stand – alone system over new concrete, metal, other roofing, and wall applications. Spray application by airless, roller or brush is the recommended technique. (1-A-RP) is versatile enough to be roller, brush, or squeegee applied. Different colors are available.
