The DIY 110 SPRAY is a low pressure spray machine that operates on 115 volts and 12 CFM@100 PSI compressed air.

The DIY 110 is ideal for the Do-It-Yourselfer or contractor needing a second rig.

The DIY 110 is extremly versatile and can spray polyurea or polyurethane coatings as well as foam insulation.  

Additional applications include spraying polyurethane rubber molds, insulating walls, spray-on truck bed liners, and dispensing packaging foam. Add our wand attachment and pour tip and you can use the DIY 110 for filling cracks with polyurea.

Our DIY 110 gun uses air assist and air nucleation technology to mix the foam. There are no moving parts, no expensive mixing chambers, or seals to replace. The DIY 110 gun features an aluminum manifold with our unique dual nucleation and purge system.
