Decide what your target business is. Do you just want to spray foam, coatings or both?
Do you want to build the trailer or truck yourself, or do you want us to do it for you?
How many feet of hose?

Generator power or shore power?

The Standard Spray Foam Set-up has Items You Must Have

Machine: Gama G-30 is 3 horse power, single or three phase, 120 cc pumps, 2,000 psi, 13,000 watts heat: IDEAL FOR SPRAY FOAM: $13.950

Machine: G50 is 5 horse power, three phase only, 120 or 80 cc pumps, 2,000 or 3500 psi, 19,000 watts heat. CHOOSE THIS MACHINE FOR SUPER HEAT OR COATINGS: $14,950
Transfer Pumps: you need 2. These are 2:1, air operated to supply material to machine. $1,500.00 for both
Transfer pump hoses: Usually 10' lengths. You may have them made up at a local hose shop $220.00 for both
Spray Foam Hose: 60' minimum is comprised of a 50' heated line and a 10' heated whip. You decide how much more you want up to 310' ( Averages $850.00-$900.00 per 50')
Spray Gun: Cyclone spray gun @ $1,350.00
Compressor: $800+
Trailer: Minimum 16' tandem axle, barn or laydown door, side door....shop for axle capacity
Generator or Shore power. If shore power is used a G30 is probably your best bet because you can get it in single phase.

We can price to build a trailer for you, right down to sattilite and a color plazma TV if you want one. Each trailer is usually a one off creation based on your specific needs and buget

We can also drop ship all the hardware to your location and arrange our assistance in installing and training. Usually costs are expenses plus $300.00 per day.

The evolution G-30 H incorporates precision manufactured components to assure the stability of the working parameters on industrial applications of two component foam systems that require precise metering accuracy, consistent mixing quality, and reliable performance.

Primary heating system consists of two independent heaters that supply a total power of 5000 W (6000 W optional).
Hose heating system with capability to heat up to 94 meters (310 feet) of hose.
Control panel provided with a touch screen and proprietary software to facilitate the selection and control of all working parameters.
